• Photo Research has been supplying Southern Nevada homebuilders with subdivision tentative land use and zoning maps since 1998. We provide homebuilders with colorful disclosures depicting both zoning and land use surrounding their subdivision. These maps along with Clark County 2041 maps are required by Nevada statute (NRS 113.070) to be updated every six months.
